La Ferme Bio de They est l’une de ces fermes modèles par sa diversité et son autonomie. En AB depuis 40 ans, en polyculture-élevage sur 200 ha (12 pers.) : porcs, volailles, bovins, méthanisation, solaire, boucherie, écogîte, blé, meunerie, maraîchage, boutique à la ferme. Elle fait partie des membres fondateurs du réseau EUfarms. Ce voyage d’étude permettra une vision systémique du lieu.
